At Heineken’s flagship UK brewery in Manchester, I managed a portfolio of multi-million-pound capital projects to modernise and expand production. This included installation of new brewing vessels, refrigeration and heat-recovery systems, and process upgrades. I coordinated contractors and suppliers, ensured CDM and regulatory compliance.
