My Story
Who I Am
I’m an experienced Project and Engineering Manager with a proven record of delivering high value capital projects in the food, drink, and manufacturing sectors. With a strong engineering background, I’ve built my career on turning complex ideas into practical, successful outcomes. ,I’ve worked with leading consultancies including NIRAS and Lorien, as well as directly with manufacturers — from multinational corporations to small and medium-sized businesses. This breadth of experience gives me a unique understanding of the challenges faced by companies of all sizes and the flexibility to tailor my approach to each client’s needs.
Engineering Management
Earlier in my career, I held senior engineering management roles where I was responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams, maintaining critical assets, and ensuring plants operated safely and efficiently. This gave me a strong foundation in compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement, which I carry into every project I manage today.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve delivered programmes covering brewery expansions, packaging line upgrades, refrigeration and energy projects, and compliance-driven process improvements.
